The shipment of your package

To ensure fast delivery Ballantrae Shop relies on the best express couriers selected according to the destination, Ballantrae Shop ships all over the world using “express” shipments by SDA, UPS and Poste Italiane couriers.

All orders are shipped from the operational headquarters in via Roma 139, Spinea Ve, Italy.

The shipping cost will appear in the cart and will be added to the order total during the purchase process and will be charged at the time of payment. Nothing will therefore be due to the courier at the time of delivery, except in the case of payment by cash on delivery.

Ballantrae Shop is not required to ship the Products until it has received payment of the price; once payment of the price has been received, Ballantrae Shop undertakes to ship the Products.

Generally all orders are shipped within 1 working day from receipt of the debit authorization notice in case of payment by Paypal, credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Ballantrae shop is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, delivery times may not be respected due to force majeure (shippers strike, bad weather, etc), midweek holidays or periods that include peaks in orders such as Christmas , Black Friday or sales start.

Orders received on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Deliveries also for foreign countries do not take place on national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Deliveries are made exclusively during working days from 9.00 to 18.00.

Attention, in Italy the following days are holidays and the courier does not ship: 1 January, 6 January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, 8 December, 25 December, 26 December

TRACEABILITY OF THE SHIPMENT

Ballantrae Shop, not being able to directly control the deliveries of the Products after their shipment, cannot be held responsible in any way for their non-compliance.

In order to allow Customers to track the status of Orders, Ballantrae Shop generates an Order number which, entered in the "My orders" section, accessible from all the pages of the Online Shop, allows you to check all information relating to the Orders. .

Customers will always be able to check the status of their Orders thanks to the online "Order Tracking" function provided by the courier chosen by Ballantrae Shop for delivery. This verification can be carried out by the Customers only after the shipment of the Products and using the tracking data communicated by Ballantrae Shop by e-mail or by accessing their Profile / Order.

Customers, or other subjects appointed by the Customers who are at the address indicated for the delivery of the Products in the Order Confirmation, are required to verify, at the time of delivery, that:

(i) the Products correspond to what is indicated in the courier transport document (DDT) both in terms of number and type;

(ii) the packaging / packaging of the Products is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.

Any damage to the packaging / packaging of the Products must be immediately contested by the Customers by placing a written control reserve on the courier's proof of delivery. It is understood that, once the courier's document has been signed without any dispute, the Customers can no longer raise any objection to Ballantrae Shop with reference to the external characteristics of what was delivered.

The Products can be delivered by couriers only to Customers or to persons appointed by them; the person to whom the Products are delivered must affix a signature to certify the delivery. Couriers do not deliver to post office boxes or by placing the Products in letterboxes or other similar places.
